After watching a few versions of the Chinese Dance from the ever-popular Christmas time ballet, Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker, I can't help but notice how incredibly stereotypical the "Chinese" dancers are. Everyone in long ques, kow-towing left and right. But then again, this ballet was created by Europeans in the 1800s, so I guess its all not very surprising.
